Initially HR contacts you via e-mail to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview you come into the office for an in person interview where you get a tour of the building with your HR rep, shadow an employee for 20 min to get to see the position in action, and then you have a one on one with the department manager. If that goes well you come back in for a second interview that is similar to the first and involves meeting the other department manager. Then you wait for your HR person to contact you.
