3 Interviews one hour each - Remotely via Skype
1. Interview with the hiring Manager.
2. Interview with a Senior Engineer.
3. Interview with a Principal Engineer.
I applied for a different role than the "Site Tools Engineer" and the recruiter's convinced that I am a better much for that role. I agreed to move forward with a first interview and discuss with hiring Manager. The interview went very well, but I was very clear that I am not a DevOps Engineer and if they are looking for a DevOps that I am not a match. The hiring manager convinced me that they are looking for a Software Engineer, rather than a DevOps. I continued the process with other 2 interviews, only to reject me by saying to me "You are not a DevOps Engineer". Very unprofessional and a total waste of time. Make sure you clarify their intentions about the position and the skill they are looking.
