Had an initial 30 min phone interview that covered some basic interview questions. Then came into the office for two 30 minute interview with managers where it was a lot of role playing scenarios with customers.

It was a thirty minute phone call basically questioning me on what Groupon did and if I had used it before. Then we went on to talk about my former experiences and if/how they would be applicable to the job. The entire time again asking me if I understood how Groupon made their money.
