Starts with a recruiter round followed by a technical interview over the phone. The recruiter handling my case was maybe new and she messed up a couple of things. After phone rounds she scheduled my onsite interview. For me they need to schedule another technical phone round which was done a couple of days and later i got a "Thank you for your interest email ... "
