1. Phone Screen
2. System design round 1
3. System design round 2
4. Hiring Manager round
5. Bar Raiser round
Recently, Bar Raiser round has been removed and Hiring Manager round considers both the current role and the next role assessment.
Phone, then video, followed by a final round with category leader. The in person was multiple rounds with what would be potential peers and leaders. It was a lot of repeated questions, everyone was friendly.
