Poorly design interview process, why not every round is eliminatory, if you don't like somebody at first round, reject there itself instead of taking all the rounds till HM and then weeks later sends regret email after continuous reminder. very dissopointed First Round coding- Datastructures and problem solving Second round- high level and low level design Third round- HM round
