I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied and was contacted for an interview, which was given by an alum of my university. It was pretty much all behavioral. The second interview was given by a member of the team I would be working with, and it was also behavioral.
Teams call for 1st round, pretty standard questions nothing too unique but looking for a leader and problem solver. Did not move on but it was not a bad expeerience by any means
The interviewers were extremely kind and genuinely wanted to get to know me; the only con was they were about 30 minutes late to the interview. I went through two rounds and they mostly asked me questions about my experience and why I was interested in the company.
Basic Interview but did not explain well that it was more of a part-time job. After first interview, you get interviewed another time with the department you might potentially work for.
