Guidepoint Research Analyst interview questions

Applied online after seeing posting on LinkedIn. Initial phone screening walking through resume and background. How you heard about the company, relevant experience, and some background information on the company. A few days later invited into the NYC office for in-person interviews. Met with 4 project managers, HR director, and conducted a case study. Each interview generally had similar structure just getting to know you better, asking about your background, and why you would be a good fit. Case study you received 1 hour to work on a project and then had to defend your work (grill) where they challenged you a bit. This was the most difficult part, but they wanted to see your thought process in going through the project. The case study itself was a bit challenging since I wasn't familiar with the topics, but definitely doable. Finished speaking with HR director who said I would hear back in a few days. 1-2 days later was offered and accepted the next day.

It was a fast process with one phone interview and an onsite interview with 4 employees from different departments. The phone interview is mostly behavioral questions and about your background. Onsite you recap your resume with different team members. You can ask them any questions you might have which is very helpful. There is a 45-minute mock project included in the onsite interview and that was very difficult.
