Virtual interview with two members of HR. Both were late to the call. The interview was super negative, no real GymShark personality. When I said that I wanted to leave my current role (after 3months) to work at GymShark in Solihull because we are relocating, my explanation was met with suspicion from the recruiter. I felt really uncomfortable from her reactions to my answers. As if I was an absolute moron. Questions were basic HR questions. The team didn’t know exactly what the role would involve, that was the next stage. Following this interview, it took the best part of a month to be told I was unsuccessful and wouldn’t progress.
