- Panel of three women = lack of diversity - three hour round trip = not even offered a drink - follow up said would come back within a week = 2 weeks now and still waiting The lack of diversity at interview stage is appalling… but the lack of common courtesy?

The first stage started with an automated process which was fine but very impersonal. I understand why they do this but I feel talking to a screen instead of a human just doesn't work. The second stage was a competency task. The task itself didn't make much sense and I emailed the recruiter for clarification but received no response. Even if the task was supposed to be vague, at least respond back to my email. After spending 5 hours on the presentation, not 24 hours before the second interview I was called and told the role would potentially not exist due to restructure. I was promised a call back in a couple of weeks but heard nothing. I emailed the recruiter and again received no response. As a customer of the brand i've been completely put off. Treat people with the respect they deserve.
