So far the worst hiring process I have seen. I had 3 rounds of interview, out of which first was assessment which I completed in April. Then I got selected for first round of interview (Screening) in mid May. I got their further email that I have been selected for final round of interview on June 2nd. Ever since till August 1st week, they kep sending emails saying we are gathering availability of interviewers. I finally got an invite to interview in 1st week of August. Interview was mainly about past experiences. Finally, today got an email saying you are not selected. Almost 4.5 months of torture in this stressful market. Horrible hiring process and no response from HR whatsover for the follow ups.

Pre-recorded video then live teams interview, the first was max 5 mins and had 7 questions. the video was a 2 on one interview with VPs in different verticals. Took about a month to get back
