I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at HD Supply (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2008
Interview
Everything was excellent. A few phone interviews, than a couple of face to face interviews. Received offer promptly, took drug/background test, etc. Whole process took a little more than two months. Overall was one of the more painless experiences that I had. I was in constant contact with regular updates.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HD Supply (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was lengthy as it incorporated interviews with peer managers, directors, and executive teams. Although the overall process was lengthy, the process was smooth and was to the point. Many interviews were closely aligned and asked the same questions.
