I had an unprofessional interview experience. The HR representative who initially reached out rushed through my answers, frequently interrupted me, and had a rude tone. Despite this, I was informed I moved on to the second round, which was scheduled as a virtual interview with two individuals. However, just 30 minutes before the interview, it was canceled due to "illness." After following up to reschedule, I received no response. Then, at 1:00 AM on a Saturday, I got an automated email stating they had decided not to proceed with my candidacy. This process felt disorganized and unfair, and I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism throughout.
