HSBC Spring Insight interview questions

The first stage was online application form. After this you will be automatically directed to the online assessments including numerical and verbal. Finishing this processes, your application will be reviewed with the scores you attained in the assessments. After this, you will be invited to the interview with HR.

I applied online and passed the psychometric tests. About a month after, I had a telephone interview. The questions were not too difficult, but you really need to know what you are talking about, make research and be familiar with the field. The phone interview was less than 20 minutes long.
