One on one with VP. Most of these folk a re former Big4 employees and are trained to interview in the probing style. “ tell me how you would handle x situation,” and then drill in from there. Questions that try and stump or frazzle you but do not really get to the heart of your skill set.

I applied online and the recruiter reached out via text the next day to schedule initial interview. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and then members of the team.
