I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hanger
Interview
First it was a phone screening interview, pretty simple just asking about goals and past experience that aligns with the job. Second interview was about the job responsibilities and roles and learning more about my working style
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hanger (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Laid back environment. Easy interview and not stressful at all. There weren't many in depth questions asked. They seemed quite in need of help and were very transparent about that. They were honest about the lack of opportunities and growth that might be presented in the future.
I answered an Indeed ad and was contacted by an acquisition specialist by email, then by phone. Next, there was an online assessment and then an in-person interview was set up.
