Hannaford Front End Associate interview questions

Simple and Straightforward, the manager was very helpful and informative about the position requirements and what was to be expected of me. Very strong emphasis on customer service and using common sense to achieve customer satisfaction. Also learned that it isn't too hard to move between different positions after staying with the company for a while. For example, I could work in the front end for a while and then switch to the deli if there was an opening available

They appreciate people with a go-getter attitude and not those who show up for only a job.
