Interview
This was the first job I had ever interviewed for, and this was several years ago, but the process was very straight forward. It was one interview with the front end manager, and it ended with an offer.

Question 1
They will ask about your interest in the company and the role. They will also ask about your customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, availability, and any questions or concerns you may have about the scope of the work.

Interview
Simple and Straightforward, the manager was very helpful and informative about the position requirements and what was to be expected of me. Very strong emphasis on customer service and using common sense to achieve customer satisfaction. Also learned that it isn't too hard to move between different positions after staying with the company for a while. For example, I could work in the front end for a while and then switch to the deli if there was an opening available
