We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience during your interview. The product & company we're building demands that we do a deep dive with the engineers interviewing at Harness for both process and cultural fit. It's true that we ask some difficult questions and give hard assignments during the process--it's important we find precisely the right fit (which in some cases, means passing on very smart, capable people). Not being asked back doesn't mean you aren't a great engineer, just that we're seeking a very specific candidate for that particular role.
