Straightforward process. Very informative and direct. Asks many questions about previous employer. Went above and beyond expectations for typical interviews. Will interview again if given the chance. Reputable company with benefits that offer great rewards.

Very unscripted, little direction on their part. They sit you down in a room and have no questions prepared. You can tell they are making it up as they go.
