A thorough process involving multiple members of the bigger team, informative & challenging but also clear and fair. It is not a short process with 4 different interviews (3 online, 1 at the office) and that allowed for me to gain insight from different Hasbro employees (from peer level to C level), ask lots of questions and feel comfortable in accepting the job offer when it came.
