Interview
They were nice and pleasant during interview, but when asked questions about holidays, weekend coverage and benefits, they dodged the questions around and did not answe to the full. But during hiring process they did made a lot of promises which were never fulfilled. I was travelling from upstate NY to CT, however, now in hindsight I feel they should have offered me something such as hotel accomodation for night or for my flight tickets for travel expense, but they didn’t.

Application to interview process was standard. After I Applied, the Recruiter. Contacted me. Next the Director of Rehab contacted me. Then I was Taken on a tour of the facility.

Good process. Two steps (HR phone interview, and in person). Second interview was very long but they do a nice job of answering your questions. Only downside is it is a big corporation so there isn't much flexibility with benefits, pay, etc.

It was a Phone interview and was pretty Short. talked a little bit of background and pay expectations. Was invited for an in person interview with the rehab director thereafter.
