This was a brief phone interview with the company. There was a discrepancy between where the job posting was for. Job requirements on the listing didn't match up with what the interviewer expressed over the interview.
I was given a phone interview with the regional VP, followed by an on site interview and tour of the facility. Straight forward process and standard questions asked about experience level given the setting
