Friendly team. Some hard questions from one of the team members but overall a nice experience. However the feedback was an automated reply with no human response and I never heard from the recruiter. Very poor post interview.

Do you currently have any monthly design subscriptions

Made me go through 3 rounds of interview and a design assessment. Wasn’t too bad, but definitely could be refined more as to not waste some time. I think there were 4 interview rounds total.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
3 part interview, 3 different people. Fairly quick, fun and easy, skills test and review. Phone interview, then another phone interview then in person interview with team, everyone was amicable and easy going.
