I had the first interview with HR at the beginning of February. After the interview with hiring manager, then the presentation of a business case, then the interview with another manager regarding values, then the interview with the CEO...after the 5 steps recruiting process they told me I would get a feedback withing a few days. Instead, it took over 3 weeks after the last interview!! Yes, I got the final answer in April, 2 months after the initial interview. And it was negative, because...I was not creative enough in the business case. Creative? They told me to mind the regulations in Germany and I told them that it is not allowed by law to promote prescription medicines in any channel in Germany. Other companies still do Google Ads, but nothing else. Next time, if you want creativeness, then tell the candidates to ignore the law regulations and the competitors, not to check them. I would have been more creative.
