Hendrick Automotive Group interview questions

Fairly informal. Wanted to know where I saw myself in the company and what my long term goals were. Stayed for about an hour and a half talking and was offered a position before leaving. Being a very driven individual with a strong work ethic is definitely something they looked at. Skills can be taught, drive is generally something you have or you don't.

Take an assessment test. Interview with 4 different managers from almost every department of dealership. Managers asked a lot of the same questions as the others. It was a bit nerve-wracking interviewing with the GM because my potential manager was also present.
