Interview
The interview was with two members of the Office of Student Life, and was around 15 minutes long. Afterwards, I asked for feedback and one of the two interviewers offered to meet in person to go over it, which I found extremely helpful.

They gave a list of multiple issues happening at once, and asked what order you would complete them.
In person and group interview testing your leadership skills and how you would react in a stressful situation. After the interview they email you if you get the job and assign you to a community.
