The interview process included a phone screening with Suzanne the recruiter. Then an interview preparation meeting with Suzanne over the phone. The interview preparation was super helpful and one of the reasons I felt like Highspot was a good fit for me. After that meeting, I felt like I had people rooting for me to succeed in the interview. Lastly, I came to Seattle for an in-person interview where I was interviewed by the Chief Solutions Architect and the VP of Services. The interview was very fun and everyone was really nice. I felt challenged by the interview but never stressed.
