The interview process was very detailed, thorough, and set up to obtain a well-rounded understanding of who I was. I greatly appreciated that I was not only asked about my school & work experience but my outside interests. I met with multiple people in the organization who each gave me more insight into what working at Highwire would be like. Best interview process I have been through.
