Pretty basic, quick screening interview after applying via LinkedIn. Since I have a pretty extensive background in ConTech and even specifically the safety side of the industry I thought it would be a perfect fit. Unfortunately I received notification that they wouldn’t be moving me to the next step in the process, which is totally fine but the disappointing part is that it was clearly an automated message. Companies shouldn’t be still doing this especially after a personalized follow up email was sent thanking the interviewer for their time. It’s not like they are a large corporation but a very small organization. Overall, a blessing since it seems like it’s a bit of a dinosaur platform.
