Homeside Financial interview questions

It was tough. The questions were extremely relevant and on the spot, but not the typical "strengths and weaknesses" questions. Be prepared to prove why Homeside wants to hire you! The best way to go about preparing is to imagine yourself in the spot of management. What would you want someone to prove to you in order to hire them for a position where they're handling hundreds of thousands of dollars of people's money.

I received a phone call from Lauren Randall who was very pleasant. She set up an interview for me and I went in to Homeside and sat down with the Branch Manager. It was a great interview as I felt I was being challenged by questions but didn't feel like I was being intimidated. I later had an interview with one of the regional managers which felt the same way. Their were a total of 2 interviews, both I felt like not only were they a good experience, but also I learned things in the interview and felt at home immediately.They want to know why you want to work for Homeside, but they also want to know that you would be a good fit for their company. I think Homeside wants to keep their culture diverse, upbeat and positive.
