I was contacted by Homeside recruiter and it sparked my interest. The first interview was a phone interview with a Business Manager. It lasted about 10 minutes and was pretty much what would be expected in a phone interview. I was then contacted to come in for a face to face interview with the VP of Sales. I was actually very impressed with this interview and the office. It was professional, clean, and the interview was difficult in a good way. The questions ranged from the typical "tell me about your sales experience" to some more difficult ones. They also ask a lot about extracurricular activities in college and what you do outside of your academic and professional life. They make a real attempt to get a total picture of you, which made me feel like this company doesn't just hire anyone like some I have worked for. The 3rd interview was face to face with the Executive VP and it was about 10 minutes. This consisted of mostly him explaining to me what it took to be successful, the expectations of the job, and how I would be compensated. He was also very professional.
