Started with a phone interview which was followed up by two additional interviews with the VP of Sales and Executive VP. Everyone was dressed business formal and very professional. You are going to want to dress to impress for their intervews. The interviews lasted about 30-45 minutes each. The questions asked were pretty typical and it was more of a conversational interview vs an "interrogation".

I had a phone interview with a member of the HR staff first which lasted about 15 minutes. The next step I came in for an interview with the VP at the Columbus location. I showed up about 10 minutes early, the receptionist was nice and offered me something to drink. The interview started exactly on time. He was dressed in a full suit and tie, most people I saw were business formal dress, very professional feel to it. It lasted about an hour and on the intensity level it was about a 7 out of 10. It was actually refreshing because I had gone to a few interviews for loan officer with other companies and the places were so unprofessional that the people interviewing me were in jeans!? This place was the opposite of that and it made me feel like everyone was making a lot of money. About a week later I went back for a 2nd interview with the Manager of Business Development. He was also very professional in his attire and his demeanor. The interview was only about 20 minutes but it was also pretty intense. He then walked me over to meet the SVP and I spent about 10 minutes talking with him in regards to the position. A few days later they offered me the position and I am happy to say I accepted.
