Homeside Financial interview questions

I had a phone interview to begin with. They asked the typical questions. At the end, they invited me to interview face to face in the Columbus office. Second interview was face-to-face. it was about an hour long and was intense. They asked me questions like "what skills do you think set apart the top producing individuals in our company from everyone else". This interview was with 2 different managers in the company. I was invited back for a 3rd interview with the senior VP and this interview was about 20 minutes long. It went well and he talked to me about the career path and compensation. I was then invited back for a 4th interview which was at lunch with the VP and Senior VP. They made me an offer at this interview. I will say that I have interviewed at about 6 different places and this had the most professional and impressive interview process.
