The interview process was precisely as described on other posts on this site. From the moment we arrived, we were technically being "watched" or "interviewed." They waited to check us in, to see how we interacted with others in the lobby. Upon checking us in, we were assigned tables and had to complete a reach test prior to entering the room. At our tables, we again were observed interacting with one another. They started the presentation, introducing executive/senior members, reviewing job description, benefits, in-flight training, how we are assigned domiciles (bases), and pay structure. We then completed a group interview, where we had to: describe our favorite job and why in 60 seconds (don't ignore the time limit they give!!), then read a card that had a portion of the safety protocols that are read to passengers during the demonstration, and finally had to answer a question on the card again with a 60 second or less response. After that, we were called back for individual interviews and CJO's were offered on the spot.
