I interviewed at Hospital for Special Surgery (New York, NY)
Interview
I had a total of three rounds of interviews for this job: the first was with a woman in HR not related to the position, who told me to "smile more". Then, on the same day, I was sent to interview with the president of Service Excellence, along with one the managers. Finally, I met with another one of the managers a separate day.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hospital for Special Surgery
Interview
Had three interviews – 1st was virtual with part of the team I'd be working with, second was in-person with a larger group of the team, 3rd was with HR. I called to check in on my status after a week of no response, then they called me to update me that they were still deciding and hadn't forgotten about me, and then they sent a final email stating that they had decided to move on with another candidate (3 total weeks after my 3rd interview).
Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and the interviews were quite pleasant. After the third interview, I felt very confident that I was going to get the job but to no avail.
