It was a one hour in person interview plus a tour. The interview portion probably only took fifteen to twenty minutes. The tour lasted a least forty five minutes. I also got the chance to meet the team

This company does not respect applicants and their time. There is a big lack of communication between HR, the therapy department, and the applicant. They reached out 2 months after applying asking me if I was still interested in the position.

Usually involves interview with manager/director and then panel interview with other employees. Experience can vary depending on the manager/interviewees. Usually they just seek information regarding how well you would get along with the team.
