Applied online and received a phone call roughly an hour later inviting me to an interview. Interview was set for 2 days later. I met with the director of the department as well as a social worker. We discussed my qualifications and relevant experience, they asked a few questions, and then allowed time at the end for questions from me. Both interviewers were super friendly and conversational. I received an offer the next day.
