I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Houston Methodist (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who was great in our telephone interview and then I had an in-person interview with a different corporate recruiter who was equally excited about his job and about the opportunities. I then I interviewed with the director of HR who was much more vague in her questioning and equally non-committal with regard to next steps, but I was told that everyone would be contacted with status. I left excited because it is one of the top employers in the nation; my husband was very supportive as well. Despite all of the assurances that everyone is treated with dignity and is given an answer, I never received any response from them at all.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Houston Methodist (Houston, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
I had three interview rounds and I felt like the process moved quickly. One round was with an HR representative and the next was the manager that my role reports to. I was also interviewed by her counterpart.
Great. There were a lot of questions and very informative. I would like to get the job, but the Human Resources person seemed disorganized which was not that fun. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.
