After submitting my application, I heard back the following day that they wanted to interview me for the job. I had the job by 48 hours after my application was submitted.
There was only 1 interview for my L&D position. I had prior experience. It was very relaxed and it was over zoom. I felt really comfortable and they were very timely in getting back to me.

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.
