How did I manage conflicts within the team?

Generally there are few ways. It is always on a case to case basis. Firstly, we should understand the conflict and remain neutral. Analyse, and have an open discussion. If issue is resolved, that's great. By all means if things get worse, escalate to higher level. Conflict should always be resolve by ways where there is a common understanding, collaboration and empathy. People shouldn't feel intimidated, unwilling to compromise. I described a scenario as well.
