      Pros

      What I love most about working here is the incredible culture. From making a global impact during "Cares Day" to bonding at local team events, there’s a genuine passion for both service and fun. It is incredibly refreshing to be part of an organization where leadership's care for their employees is so clearly demonstrated.

      Cons

      While the sheer amount of change during my long tenure could be seen as a challenge for some, it has ultimately driven us forward. Navigating constant evolution takes effort, but I can confidently say that the company is stronger and more successful today than it has ever been.

      I am incredibly proud to be part of a company that prioritizes giving back to the community. Participating in Cotality Cares Day 2026 and having the opportunity to support wonderful organizations like OzHarvest, Lifeblood, and Foodbank has been a deeply rewarding experience.

      None- Love that we get time to support charities and make a small difference. There is nothing quite like being part of a team that cares.
