Howden Commercial Account Executive interview questions

Applied via a Recruiter at the Andover branch. First stage was an informal talk with the branch manager. Second stage was an aptitude style test done online. The third was to be a more indepth interview with a commercial manager, however I was not put forward for this. The recruiter gave me false information about reasonings for this I showed initiative by contacting the branch manager for feedback. Overall is a very convoluted process
