After applying online, a recruiter contacted me to set up the initial phone screen, which was about a 30-45 minute behavior interview with another recruiter about a week later. Asked the general questions (Tell us about yourself, a time you worked in a group, your personal projects, etc). She then gave me a project to complete within a week, which was creating a test plan for one of their live features on the Hudl website. A week later, the first recruiter contacted me again about setting up an hour long video interview with two QA Analysts, which was scheduled for about two weeks later. Surprisingly, they didn't ask many technical questions, but mainly focused on how I can solve QA related problems while knowing nothing about the field really. They also reviewed the project I turned in, which was really cool feedback, and asked me to walk through my thought process of how I wrote my test plan. Overall, it was a really well organized and timely interview process.
