Hudl interview questions

The interview process was disconnected. Lengthy and did not have clear expectations. I didn't have any personal interaction with the Employment Coordinator, all communication was through email. They require you to complete a project which is is too broad, very time consuming. Very young staff, not much experience.

Received email from HR recruiter and set up an teleconference interview with hiring manager and a staff designer. Straight forward questions about design experience, process, methodically, etc. Interview lasted about an hour and they made sure to leave time for me to ask questions. Location seemed to be an issue with them. None the less we did the interview and I was told that they next steps would be a design test that they would conduct. 3 weeks have passed and I have heard a word from them. Doesn't seem all that uncommon reading other snippets about them but you would think someone would reach back out either way. It shouldn't be lost upon them to treat everyone with respect, you never know who your product outreach touches and when and what affect it has in peoples eyes based on bad experiences.
