Applied for the job and received an email from a recruiter within 3 business days. The recruiter set up a phone interview within the next week. The questions in the initial phone interview asked were mainly about my resume, working experience, education and credentials. The recruiter was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I then was forwarded to the hiring manager of whom i'd be working for if selected for the position. An in-person interview was set up approximately a week after the initial phone interview. A day before the in-person interview I was contacted by email that the in-person interview had been cancelled and that the hiring manager would be conducting another phone interview. The 2nd interview from the hiring manager was a little more detailed about how you would handle a certain situation and give an example of a time you did a particular thing. I knew when the in-person interview was cancelled that it did not look good for me lol :)
