I met the recruiters at an MBA career fair and was given an offer to fly to Louisville for an on-site 3-day interview experience. Friday night was a mixer and networking gathering and the bulk of the interviews took place on Saturday. The candidates had a varying number of individual or panel interviews with most of them being 1:1 or 2:1. I had 3 interviews but other candidates had up to 6 or 7. That night, all of the candidates were taken out to dinner and on Sunday they took us on a tour of Louisville and the surrounding areas.
