Applied Online and received a phone call from a recruiter less than a week later. She gave a brief overview of the position, asked about my qualifications. She seemed to be in quite a rush to get off the phone, said she would call me back if the hiring manager was interested in speaking with me (never heard another word from her). The couple days later i received a call from an administrative assistant in the office where the position was located. He set an in person interview. Once I arrived it seemed like a nice facility. There were 3 people in the interview, 2 directors and a finance manager. No behavioral questions. Just went through my resume and asked about my experience. I though the interview went great I did a lot of research on the position and felt confident I would receive a call back. I never heard from anyone again. Its been over two weeks.
