The recruiter wanted to know how many years of nursing experience. LPN experience is not taken into consideration. They were very kind but I did not meet this requirement. I will be applying again when I meet this requirement.
Great interview process. Very nice and laid back managers. I felt very comfortable talking with them and asking questions. They didn’t make me feel nervous or anything and they got back with me super quick.

Interview
The interview was a video interview with 4 supervisors, very pleasant and casual. The interview lasted about an hour. They were thorough in covering metrics and "day-in-the-life". Expectations are reasonable and attainable.

Background introduction followed by situational questions.
Telephone text screen, then interview with multiple people. There were about 6 people on a call and more than half of them were late. Several seemed arrogant and too unprofessional to be a part of an interview panel. It was a waste of my time.
Perhaps, if you are intimidated by a candidate’s experience, do not waste their time selecting for an interview.
