I applied online. I interviewed at Humana in Mar 2021
Interview
I had a 30- minute interview with the hiring manager. It went well so I was moved forward for two more 30-minute interviews with PMs and told by HR from there it would be a case and one more behavioral. When I didn't hear back positively or negatively I reached out twice over the course of two weeks and never heard anything back from the company. Really disrespectful when I had put in the time to meet with 3 people.

Question 1
-Walked through a project I had worked on during my internship?
-my favorite startup. Why will it fail/ succeed?
Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
