I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Aug 2021
Interview
First was a virtual pre-screen where they asked a few basic questions via text.
Second there was an on-demand video interview where I recorded an intro and then answered a few questions as they appeared on the screen. I wasn't talking to someone. I recorded the whole thing and then submitted it and they reviewed it. They provided helpful resources to prepare for this.
Third was a virtual job experience assessment. It took about 20 minutes and they had me watch some videos and then do a couple of tasks.
Fourth was a virtual interview with 2 people. We started with introductions and then I answered 5 interview questions and then had the opportunity to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you wish you had handled a customer interaction differently.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer
I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
